Terms

Companies make paid requests for a sales call or a feedback / research call. The type is shown on every request, and a sales call is never presented as research or advisory work.

Members are paid for their time on the call. Payment is never contingent on a purchase, trial, recommendation, procurement progress, internal referral, approval or a favorable opinion.

Members accept or pass on each request, can decline any company for any reason, and set their own minimum rate.

Members must not share, and companies must not ask for, non-public pricing, confidential contract terms, security credentials, internal source code, unreleased roadmaps, material non-public information, confidential procurement details or other proprietary employer information.

Members are responsible for following their employer’s policies on outside compensation, vendor interactions and conflicts of interest.

Companies may not scrape member data or contact members outside Arke to avoid the platform after a match.

Companies pay per accepted conversation. Payment, cancellation and no-show terms will be set out in full in the final terms.
