Principles for private beta. Full legal text in preparation.

Arke connects software companies with people inside enterprises who are close to how technology gets adopted. Members trust us with their experience and their time. These are the principles the full privacy policy is being written to. It will replace this page before Arke leaves private beta.

Members control what companies see

Members confirm their own experience when they join and choose how each item appears to companies: category only, the specific product, or private.

Limited identity before a member accepts

Before a request, a company sees a member’s title, their company or a company descriptor, verified category experience, role in adoption, approximate seniority, rate and why they matched. Personal email, phone, direct calendar and full LinkedIn are not shown.

When a member accepts, Arke shares enough identity and context to make the meeting real and schedule it.

Members choose every call

Joining doesn’t mean agreeing to calls. Members see each request and accept or pass. Passing never affects future requests.

No public directory, no lists

Arke has no public member directory. Member data is not sold or offered as a list or download, and seller terms prohibit scraping it or going around Arke after a match.

Every call is labelled

Every request is labelled as a sales call or a feedback / research call. Payment is for the member’s time, never for a purchase, recommendation or approval.

No confidential information

Arke never asks members for, and companies may not request, confidential, proprietary or non-public employer information.

The ability to leave

Members and companies can leave Arke. The full policy will describe exactly how, and what happens to their information when they do.

The specifics, including what information Arke collects, its sources, retention, and your rights, will be published in the full privacy policy before Arke leaves private beta. Contact details will be published with the full policy.
