Clear on both sides.
Every Arke call is labelled: a sales call or a feedback / research call. A pitch is never disguised as research. Members are paid for their time on the call, never to buy, recommend, approve or influence a purchase. These rules apply to every request.
Transparent call purpose
Every request is labelled with its type. On a sales call a company pays for 30 minutes to show what it is building and see whether there is a fit. It is never presented as independent research, advisory work or an expert consultation.
Payment is for time only
Compensation is for the member’s time on the call. It is never contingent on:
- A purchase
- A trial
- A recommendation
- Advancing procurement
- An internal referral
- An approval
- A favorable opinion
No confidential information
Members should never disclose confidential, proprietary or non-public information. Companies may not ask for:
- Non-public pricing
- Confidential contract terms
- Security credentials
- Internal source code
- Unreleased roadmaps
- Material non-public information
- Confidential procurement details
- Any other proprietary employer information
Employer policy
Members attest that they are responsible for following their employer’s policies on outside compensation, vendor interactions and conflicts of interest. Arke asks for this acknowledgement before anyone can receive a paid request.
On the roadmap, not available yet:
- Company-specific restrictions
- Blocked employer lists
- Employer approval workflows
- Payment to charity
- Payment to the member’s company or team
- Employer-approved honorarium modes
No bypass
Seller terms prohibit scraping member data or going around Arke after a match. The network only works if members can trust that joining doesn’t turn their inbox into a vendor list.
Identity and privacy
Sellers don’t see every member’s full identity by default. Before a request, a company sees:
- Title and function
- Company, or a descriptor such as “Fortune 100 financial services”, depending on the member’s privacy level
- Verified category experience
- Role in adoption
- Approximate seniority
- Rate for 30 minutes
- Why Arke matched them
Hidden until it is needed:
- Personal email
- Phone number
- Direct calendar
- Full LinkedIn profile
When a member accepts, Arke reveals enough identity and context to make the meeting real and schedule it. Members control what parts of their experience are visible: category only, the specific product, or private.
Permissioned. Transparent. Paid for time.
